Appointments and cancellations
Due to the high demand for appointments post-lockdown, we have permanently updated our cancellation policy to the following:
Any appointments cancelled or shortened without 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee, payable before your next appointment with us. It’s easy to avoid this as we send a text and e-mail at 8.05am the day prior to your appointment to give you the opportunity to let us know. We appreciate there will be some exceptional circumstances BUT ask you to please consider how you are feeling when you get your reminder and reply then, to give us plenty of time to book another Client in.
By making an appointment with us you are also accepting our cancellation policy.
Please note: we will NOT treat you if you are sick. Your appointment will be rescheduled to the next available time.
