Established initially in Mangonui in 2005, moving to beautiful Coopers Beach in 2017, Doubtless Beauty Retreat is owned by husband and wife team - Jodi and Mark Osborne. Jodi originally trained as a professional beauty therapist with the renowned Joyce Blok Institute in Auckland, back in 1998.

After starting out her career in Kerikeri, she and husband Mark, a Chartered Accountant, decided it was time to gain some valuable overseas experience in their respective fields. Jodi worked for two top notch London Spas, Ark Health and Beauty in Fulham and Lifespa in Ealing, where she held a number of positions from Head Therapist to Training Manager.

When they returned to New Zealand, Jodi and Mark decided to name their beauty therapy salon Doubtless Beauty to reflect both the location of Doubtless Bay and the experience customers can expect to receive.
