Jodi Osborne

"Hi, I'm Jodi. Doubtless Beauty had been a dream of both my Husband and mine for many years . Originally both from Hawkes Bay and Kerikeri, it was while living and working in the UK we saw a need in the Doubtless Bay area for a professional Beauty Therapy business.

I graduated from the Joyce Blok Institute of Professional Beauty Therapy in 1998 with a Joyce Blok Diploma in Beauty Therapy and CIDESCO (Swiss) Diploma in Beauty Therapy, leaving shortly after for our big OE. We moved home to NZ in 2005, after spending six and a half years working abroad - Doubtless Beauty opened in January 2006.

I've always preferred the hands on aspect of Beauty Therapy and get a real buzz from combining great treatments, great products and great customer service and inspiring others to do the same. Being our first business, we have enjoyed learning from our customers their likes and dislikes and as such have changed enormously since opening, growing from just myself to a team of up to four!

One of our highlights to date was re-locating to Coopers Beach in December 2017 - to our bigger, brighter and more beautiful space. I am very proud to have such a talented team of Therapists and look forward to welcoming you to Doubtless Beauty Retreat soon."

Alison Chuck

"Hi my name is Alison Chuck. I have been a Beauty Therapist since graduating from the New Zealand Institute of Electrolysis and Beauty Therapy in 2002 with a Beautician Diploma and CIBTAC Diploma. I have been part of the Doubtless Beauty team since April 2007. Previous to this I worked as a Therapist and managed two Beauty clinics in New Plymouth.

I love all aspects of Beauty Therapy and enjoy the challenge of adapting each treatment to each individual client and their needs. I believe this is a key feature of our uniqueness and professionalism at Doubtless Beauty. So whether you are having an eyebrow wax or one of our fantastic facials you know it has been tailored just for you and your requirements.

I am very proud to have won "Sothys Top Beauty Therapist in New Zealand" award for 2009/2010. I feel this shows my passion and commitment to providing the best skincare advice for all our clients. I am always happy to help with any advice to help you have the skin you will be proud of.

Cody Herlihy

"Hello I'm Cody. I started at Doubtless Beauty Retreat in February 2022 I was born and raised in Whakatane (Bay of Plenty). I have now been living in the Far North since the end of 2020 and absolutely loving it up here, I am definitely never leaving, this is my new home it’s paradise!

I am a bubbly person and have a strong passion for Massage and all things Beauty. I was a qualified Massage Therapist prior to moving, once I started at Doubtless Beauty I was able to complete my HITO Apprenticeship now being a fully qualified level 4 Beauty Therapist.

There is no greater feeling than seeing our Clients feeling happy, relaxed and well pampered the way you all deserve to be. Beauty makes me smile and constantly want to up skill and grow my knowledge to help give my clients the very best treatment and care.

I am very happy to be a part of the DB Girls the love and support in this team is like no other! I look forward to meeting and pampering you all."

Bailey Nattrass

Hi my name is Bailey Nattrass, I started at Doubtless Beauty Retreat in April 2026. Born in Whangarei and raised my whole life in Ngataki, I am not new to this area and absolutely love it!

I am a newly qualified therapist and graduated from Evolution School of Beauty & Massage in December 2025 with my Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification. I have a passion for the beauty industry and have a desire to keep learning and growing my skills as a therapist. I aim to leave every client feeling amazing and happy with their results!

I am very happy to be apart of the Doubtless Beauty Team and look forward to seeing you soon!

Keira and Brie Osborne

Keira and Brie are your after school and school holiday reception Team. Having grown up in the Salon (they are Jodi and Marks Daughters), these girls are essential to the smooth running of your Doubtless Beauty experience. Keira is currently completing her final year of her Bachelor of Nursing and Brie is in Year 13 at Keri Keri High School.
